Job Description

As a Chef, you will be responsible for:
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard.
Assisting with daily kitchen operations and service.
Following recipes, portion controls and presentation standards.
Preparing ingredients and maintaining an organised and efficient workstation.
Ensuring food quality, freshness and consistency throughout service.
Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
Assisting with stock control, ordering and minimising food wastage.
Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Contributing ideas for menu development and daily specials.
Following workplace health and safety procedures.

Skills & Experience Required

The successful candidate will have:
Minimum 1 year of professional chef experience.
Relevant commercial kitchen experience.
Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.




Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen setting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Positive communication and organisational skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.
