About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
Graduated from a university or hotel school within the past year, or currently enrolled with expected graduation within 12 months
Permanent working rights for Australia (no sponsorship available)
Experience working in hospitality operations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education
Superior critical-thinking and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively
Self-management skills and being a self-starter
Strong desire for personal and qualified growth

The Voyage program offers hands-on, discipline-specific training combined with leadership-focused curriculum over 18 months. Participants engage in mini-rotations across hotel disciplines, gaining practical experience and connecting with senior leaders and coaches.
