The Position
• Manage a current build portfolio with support from an experienced Senior Leader and wider support team
• Predominantly office-based role with minimal outside work required
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure communication is proactive and qualified
• Manage day-to-day portfolio management and compliance
• Conduct six-week inspections and occasional final bond inspections
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communication across the portfolio

Skills & Experience
• Minimum 2 years portfolio management experience
• Current WA Driver’s Licence
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organised and proactive approach
• Professional, team-focused and down-to-earth personality
