About the role

As a Site Manager at DIMEO CLEANING SERVICES PTY LTD, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the cleaning operations for a key client site based in the Perth CBD area. This full time position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional and efficient cleaning services to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing
Manage and oversee a team of cleaning professionals to deliver outstanding service
Monitor and evaluate the performance of cleaning staff to ensure high standards are maintained
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns or issues that arise
Coordinate the scheduling and allocation of cleaning staff and resources across the site
Ensure all cleaning activities adhere to relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
Assist with the recruitment, training and development of the cleaning team
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiencies within cleaning operations

What we're looking for
Significant experience in a similar supervisory role within the cleaning industry
Proven ability to effectively lead, motivate and develop a team of cleaning professionals




Solid customer service orientation and the ability to build positive relationships with clients
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to coordinate operations across multiple sites
Familiarity with cleaning standards, industry regulations and best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
