We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join a leading residential builder delivering premium high-rise developments across the Gold Coast.
This role will suit a commercially focused skilled with experience managing large contract portfolios on complex construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee contract administration across major projects
Manage procurement and subcontractor agreements
Lead commercial negotiations and risk management
Ensure contractual compliance and project profitability
Support Project Managers throughout project delivery
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Contract Manager or Senior Contract Administrator
Experience on large-scale residential or commercial projects
Robust commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and procurement
