The Role:

Snowy River Caravans is seeking Production / Assembly Workers to join our growing team in Somerton (Melbourne Northern Suburbs).

This is a full-time, permanent prospect with training provided. Perfect for candidates with experience in manufacturing, assembly, trades, or those wanting to build a hands-on career.

Key Responsibilities




Assemble caravan components using hand and power tools
Follow standard operating procedures and meet production targets
Work collaboratively within a team environment
Maintain strict adherence to health & safety requirements
Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
Identify and report potential risks or quality issues

About You
Experience in manufacturing, assembly, trades, or labouring (preferred but not essential)
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Physically fit and able to work on your feet
Strong work ethic and reliability
Team player with good communication skills
Commitment to safety and quality
