In This Role You Will:
Manage litigated matters in partnership with external legal counsel




Manage disputes lodged with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) and other external complaints bodies
Provide legal advice and support to the Claims and Underwriting teams, as well as other business areas as required
Deliver training and legal guidance to Claims and Underwriting stakeholders
Provide legal advice and support to Risk and Compliance on matters relating to the Life Insurance Code of Practice
Support the Internal Dispute Resolution team with legal advice and guidance
Partner with other Legal teams to review product documentation and a range of commercial agreements and documents
