Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager, Finance, you'll play a critical leadership role across finance, operational performance, compliance and continuous improvement. Leading a team of experienced managers and analysts, you'll partner with senior leaders across the business to drive financial performance, maximise revenue prospects and deliver strategic outcomes.

While the title is Senior Manager, Centralised Support, this role combines commercial finance leadership, operational performance, revenue optimisation and people leadership.

What you'll be responsible for:
Leading the national Centralised Support function and developing a high-performing team




Driving month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and business performance analysis
Maximising revenue opportunities across placements, outcome claims, wage subsidies and employment funding streams
Providing commercial insights and financial guidance to senior leaders across the organisation
Strengthening compliance, governance and audit readiness across Employment Services contracts
Leading continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, reporting accuracy and operational effectiveness
Building financial capability and commercial acumen across operational leadership teams
