This role is based within the exclusive Chairman's Lounge, a premium fine dining restaurant and lounge offering an à la carte menu curated by Neil Perry Consulting. The Food & Beverage Attendant delivers a discreet yet attentive service experience, providing warm, professional, and productive food and beverage service that consistently exceeds guest expectations. A robust focus on personalised hospitality, attention to detail, and premium service standards is essential to creating an exceptional experience for our valued passengers.

Key Responsibilities, include but not limited to:
Deliver exceptional, personalised food and beverage service
Anticipate guest needs and provide discreet, attentive service to ensure a seamless and memorable experience
Present and serve à la carte menu offerings,



beverages, and premium products with confidence and attention to detail
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, wine selections, beverage offerings, and dietary requirements
Ensure all food and beverage service areas are presented to the highest standard at all times
Build positive relationships with guests through warm, skilled, and engaging service
Handle guest enquiries and requests professionally, resolving issues promptly and discreetly
Contribute to an atmosphere of exclusivity, comfort, and excellence that reflects the prestige of the Chairman's Lounge
