Minor Hotels Australasia is looking for an experienced and commercially minded General Manager - Mackay & Isaac Region to oversee a portfolio of properties across the Mackay & Isaac Region, including Oaks Mackay Rivermarque Hotel, Oaks Mackay Carlyle Suites, Oaks Moranbah Suites & Oaks Middlemount Suites.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, financial performance and guest experience across multiple properties. Operating within a strata title environment, you will work closely with Body Corporate Committees, owners and in office teams to ensure each property delivers solid commercial results, operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Oversee the day-to-day operations and financial performance of multiple properties within the region
Lead, coach and support property leadership teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Drive revenue performance while identifying prospects to improve operational efficiencies
Build and maintain positive relationships with Body Corporate Committees, owners and key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with brand standards, legislative requirements, health and safety, and sustainability initiatives
Monitor multi property performances and implement initiatives with the leaders to achieve business objectives
Drive a positive team culture focused on service excellence and continuous improvement
