Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to lead our ERP implementation project in Mount Lawley, Western Australia. This permanent, full time role is crucial for enhancing our financial processes and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accountancy and ERP systems, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our financial operations.

Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with accounting practices and business needs.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy.
Provide training and support to staff on ERP functionalities and accounting procedures.




Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, monitoring variances and reporting findings.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA) is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on ERP implementation.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems, with advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
