We are looking for a part-time Guest Service Agent who enjoys engaging with and assisting guests and colleagues. You will support the Front Office Assistant Managers with daily tasks at Reception and create a welcoming space for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:




Providing a unique and personalized experience for each guest at our hotel by creating connections and using creative ways to exceed guest expectations.
Ensuring a warm and skilled check in and check out experience for every guest
Supporting the wider front office team when required, including concierge and reservations
Taking and directing incoming calls and responding to guest requests
Sharing information about the hotel and the local area with our guests
Maintaining the presentation of the front desk and hotel lobby
