THE ROLE
Provide personalised service and build strong client relationships to book tailormade private luxury travel – first class flights, accommodation, tours and cruises
Design bespoke experiences - Michelin-starred restaurants, VIP entry to fashion & sporting events, concerts & theatre
Deliver expert advice on lifestyle services – gifts, specially curated experiences
Offer recommendations across the globe to VIP privileges, travel perks & exclusive offers

• Advanced GDS skills and fares knowledge
• Exceptional customer service etiquette
