Job Description

Reporting to the Project & Change Manager, you'll contribute to two key initiatives: the migration of acquired entities into Oracle, and the ongoing alignment of project financial management practices across APAC. Working alongside the project team and directly with end users, you'll focus on change impact assessment, training program development and the communications that bring people along on the journey. This is a outstanding prospect for an early-career change professional to build deep experience on a major, region-wide transformation.

You will be responsible for
Supporting the design and delivery of change, communications and training initiatives across the EARTH Program
Analysing stakeholder impacts, readiness and adoption risks
Building explicit, high-quality deliverables to support change management activities, particularly training and communication materials




Managing the EARTH Training Program, including training needs analysis, re-purposing and improvement of training materials, and rollout of the program
Managing the EARTH Communications & Engagement Program, including the planning, development and execution of communication and engagement activities
Contributing to the evaluation of change management requirements and the ongoing development of change management plans
Providing progress updates and change management reporting to track progress and assess user readiness
Developing and maintaining the EARTH Portal, knowledge base and other knowledge management platforms to serve EARTH users
Supporting the key user community throughout the program
