Job Description

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service while creating genuine connections with our guests. You will prepare and serve a range of beverages, maintain a polished and welcoming bar setting, and contribute to a seamless guest experience across the venue.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
Deliver warm, skilled and personalised service to guests
Create memorable interactions through your product knowledge and hospitality expertise
Recommend beverages and maximise guest experiences through thoughtful upselling
Maintain presentation and cleanliness standards across all bar areas
Support restaurant, event and function service as required
Assist with stock control, stocktakes and inventory management
Process guest transactions accurately through POS systems
Uphold Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements at all times
Contribute to a culture of excellence by supporting Elysium's service standards and rituals
