Join Precision Automotive as a Service Technician/ Hoist Installer, delivering expert service, repairs, and installations across our industry-leading workshop equipment range, including wheel service and hoist systems.

As the face of our business in the field, you'll combine technical expertise with excellent customer service to ensure equipment reliability, outstanding workmanship, and safe, effective outcomes for our customers. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality work, values safety, and enjoys solving problems in office.

Key Responsibilities
Service, repair, breakdown and installation work on wheel service and vehicle hoist equipment
Diagnose faults and deliver effective, compliant repair solutions
Complete work to manufacturer specifications, technical standards and company procedures




Test equipment to ensure protected and reliable operation following service or installation
Manage on-site jobs efficiently, escalating issues or scope changes as required
Adhere to all WHS policies, procedures and safe work practices
Deliver high-quality work within agreed timeframes, minimising rework and repeat visits
Accurately record labour, parts usage and service activities in company systems
Identify and manage hazards, applying appropriate risk controls at all times
Maintain required licences, certifications, safety documentation and compliance records

Contribute to continuous improvement and exceptional customer service outcomes
