You’ll work across a mix of roles, support end‑to‑end processes, and help create a seamless experience for everyone involved.

What you’ll be doing
Managing the full recruitment cycle from advertising through to offer stage
Building solid relationships with hiring managers and guiding them through the process
Coordinating interviews, screening candidates and keeping pipelines moving
Supporting onboarding activities and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately
Keeping recruitment admin tidy — contracts, compliance, reporting and general coordination





What you’ll bring
Solid experience in recruitment or talent coordination in a blue collar workplace
Confidence managing fast‑moving processes and juggling multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and a naturally organised way of working
A friendly, proactive approach that makes people feel supported and informed
