We are looking for an experienced HCM Business Analyst to join a major HR transformation program. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands HR processes, can work closely with stakeholders and is comfortable getting into the detail to help deliver practical solutions.

You don’t need to have worked on a specific HCM platform — Oracle HCM experience is desirable, but we are open to candidates with robust experience across other HCM platforms.

About the role

You will work across business and technology teams to understand requirements, map processes and support the design and delivery of HCM solutions.

Key responsibilities will include:




Working with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical solutions
Mapping current and future-state HR processes
Developing business requirements, functional documentation and configuration workbooks
Working closely with functional and technical teams through design, configuration, testing and implementation
Identifying process improvements and prospects to simplify and standardise HR processes
Supporting workshops, requirements gathering, process design and solution validation
Ensuring solutions align with the broader HR transformation objectives
Supporting testing, defect resolution and implementation activities
