Position: ICT Business and Systems Analysts

Position Type: Full time

Salary: $78,000 to $140,000 plus superannuation per annum

Location: Sydney NSW 2000

Our client is seeking ICT Business and Systems Analysts to join their team in Sydney, Recent South Wales.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Review business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology solutions.
Develop functional specifications and business requirements documentation for system enhancements and implementations.
Liaise with clients, developers, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Work with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation activities.
Prepare user guides, training materials, and support end users during system rollouts.




Analyse data and business processes to recommend improvements to systems, applications, and workflows.
Provide ongoing advice and support to clients regarding technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in the IT industry
Pega Certified
Experience in Domain SME: Investment, Institutional, Business Banking, Wealth Management, Payments, Insurance, Financial Crime
Hands on experience with TIBCO ActiveMatrix: development, testing, support
Experience with service virtualization via CA LISA DevTest (WSDL, Recording, Request-Response)
Valuable experience working in Pega projects.
