Our sophisticated Cuvee Lounge Bar, located in the heart of Brisbane City, is seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartenders to join our team. Create memorable mixology whilst indulging your curiosity and passion for different flavours and ingredients. Extending your knowledge of cocktails, spirits and beers, you can delight guests with recent taste experiences. What you will be doing:
Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails, wines, and spirits
Engage with customers in a friendly and qualified manner,



providing recommendations and answering questions about our menu offerings
Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Accurately process customer orders and handle cash and credit card transactions using our POS system
Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure timely and effective food service
Monitor and maintain bar inventory, placing orders for supplies as needed
Assist in creating new cocktail recipes and seasonal drink specials
Ensure adherence to responsible alcohol service practices and local regulations.
