As our business continues to grow, we're creating a recent position that will become a key part of our future organisation.
We're looking for someone who enjoys coordinating people, solving problems and making sure things run smoothly. Someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service, keeping projects moving and supporting a busy technical sales team.
This isn't a traditional administration role.
It's a diverse position at the centre of our business, working closely with customers, suppliers and our Product Sales team to ensure every enquiry and every order progresses efficiently from first contact through to delivery.
No two days are exactly the same.
One day you might be coordinating supplier deliveries, the next assisting with quotations, following up customer enquiries or improving the way work flows through the business.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate customer enquiries, orders and deliveries
Liaise with suppliers and freight providers
Support the Product Sales team with quotations and customer follow-up
Monitor customer orders from enquiry through to completion
Update and maintain accurate customer information and CRM records
Coordinate logistics and inventory movements
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and customer service
Build positive relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
About You

Previous experience in engineering, industrial distribution, manufacturing or technical wholesale businesses would be highly regarded but is not essential.
