We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established agency in Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs. This is a great opportunity for a property management qualified looking for a supportive team, manageable portfolio and genuine career progression.

The Role
Manage a residential portfolio end-to-end
Build robust relationships with landlords and tenants
Oversee maintenance, inspections, arrears and compliance
Coordinate leasing and day-to-day property management
Provide exceptional service to clients

About You
Property management experience preferred
Robust knowledge of Victorian legislation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused
Confident working independently while being part of a team
