The team is led by Libby and alongside her are very highly motivated and skilled management and care teams who provide care which stems from the heart. StellarCare works closely with its clients, families and other associated parties. We strive to provide an exceptional service.
About You
We are currently looking for dedicated, motivated and passionate people to join our agency who will help us to continue to achieve our mission and positively represent StellarCare in the wider community. In turn, we will provide an workplace where you will feel nurtured, supported and part of a cohesive team. There are several casual positions available, paid in accordance with the relevant award.
Essential Criteria
Dedication and reliability
Well-developed organisational and communication skills (written & spoken)
Capacity to adapt to a variety of situations and work as part of a motivated team
Must be able to work within the relevant Client guidelines
Adhere to legislation and StellarCare's Policies and Procedures
Current First Aid Certificate
Current CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check – Clearance
Have a friendly, positive attitude to work and life
Desirable Skills and Abilities
Previous experience as a support worker
Experience dealing with Complex Care requirements
Manual Handling
Food Handling
Infection Control
Relevant certificate/s in the field
