The Opportunity
We are currently seeking experienced Dump Truck, Dozer, and Excavator Operators to join long-term open pit gold projects across the Goldfields and Mid-West regions of WA.
You’ll be working within a high-performing production team, operating a modern fleet on multi-year projects with robust job stability.

Competitive rates:
Up to $70/hr – Excavator / All-Round /Dozer Operators
Up to $55/hr – Dump Truck Operators

Roles Available

������ Excavator Operators
Operate Komatsu PC2000 & PC1250 Excavators
Production digging in open pit gold environments
Tasks include drop cuts, double benching, and drill pad preparation

������ All-Round / Dozer Operators
Operate CAT D9 & D10 Dozers
Support production works including clean-ups, push work, and tip head management

������ Dump Truck Operators
Operate Komatsu 785-7,



HD1500-8 & CAT 777 trucks
Support load and haul operations in production mining environments

Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery safely and efficiently in a production workplace
Conduct pre-starts, inspections, and hazard identification
Follow site procedures and safety standards
Work collaboratively with crews and supervisors

About You
Minimum 12+ months production mining experience (open cut preferred)
Experience on CAT and/or Komatsu equipment
Robust ability in high-volume production environments
Current WA Driver’s Licence
Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screen
Current National Police Clearance
Full Australian working rights

Highly Regarded
GPS experience (Trimble)
Experience backing under 120–200T excavators
Watercart or grader experience
