Key Responsibilities
Interpret and identify heavy vehicle parts requirements
Provide exceptional service to trade, fleet and workshop customers
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare quotations and follow up sales prospects
Maintain and develop solid customer relationships
Work closely with warehouse and branch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
Assist with inventory enquiries and stock availability
Contribute to achieving branch sales and service targets
