About the role

Chef de Partie/Chef to join our kitchen team in the historic George IV Inn located in Picton. We have full time and casual positions available. Lead by example through the execution of top quality dishes and maintaining our restaurant's high standards.

About you
Trade qualifications and Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Previous experience in high calibre hotel, bistro or restaurant
Minimum 2 years post qualified experience
Solid leadership, team building and mentoring skills
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure within a team setting
Outstanding communication skills and robust customer service focus
Professional presentation and grooming
Excellent level of workplace safety and hygiene
Excellent working knowledge of Modern Australian cuisine
Available for immediate start
