Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate SMP projects from planning to completion
Lead and support site teams and subcontractors
Manage schedules, resources, and project delivery
Build client relationships and drive project outcomes

About You:
Full Australian Working Rights
Trade Qualified (Fabrication/Welding preferred)




Minimum 3 years' leadership and team management experience
Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills
Committed to maintaining a positive safety culture and team wellbeing
