Pearl Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for a permanent full-time opportunity with a well-established logistics and industrial services organisation based in Bibra Lake.
This is a key leadership role overseeing day-to-day store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring strong performance across the section. About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team within a store/warehouse workplace,
ensuring operational targets are met and standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Training, supervising, and supporting a team of 10+ employees
Monitoring daily section output and productivity
Maintaining accurate workplace and operational records
Supervising section performance and reporting on outcomes
Conducting workplace assessments and ensuring compliance with procedures and standards
Supporting continuous improvement across processes and team performance
Requirements
Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (warehouse, logistics, or similar environment)
Strong ability to manage and lead operational teams
High attention to detail with strong record-keeping skills
Ability to monitor performance and drive productivity outcomes
Strong communication and leadership skills
Commitment to workplace health and safety
