Senior Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure Projects

Perth, WA | Contract | $1,000–$1,100 per day + GST

We are partnering with a dynamic, well-established consultancy with a robust national and international footprint to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major infrastructure project portfolio in Perth.

This is an excellent contract opportunity for a commercially astute QS who enjoys working on complex projects, engaging directly with clients and project teams, and taking ownership of high-value cost and contract outcomes.

The opportunity:

You will join a high-performing commercial and project delivery team, supporting significant infrastructure works from pre-contract through to delivery and final account.

Key responsibilities include:
Preparing cost plans, estimates, feasibility assessments and tender documentation.
Managing procurement, tender evaluation and contractor recommendations.
Administering contracts, variations, claims, progress payments and final accounts.
Providing cost reporting, forecasting and commercial advice to clients and project teams.
Identifying commercial risks and opportunities across project delivery.
Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and key stakeholders.




Supporting junior team members and contributing to the continued growth of the Perth team.

About you

To be successful, you will bring:
Demonstrated experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Cost Manager or Commercial Manager on infrastructure projects.
Solid knowledge of cost planning, procurement, contract administration and financial reporting.
Experience working across major or complex project environments.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Commerce or a related discipline.
Professional accreditation or progress towards AIQS, RICS or equivalent will be highly regarded.
