Volunteer Program Coordination
Coordinate the recruitment, onboarding, induction, training and scheduling of Adelaide Fringe volunteers.
Coordinate the deployment of volunteers across Adelaide Fringe events, activations and festival operations.
Build positive relationships with volunteers, fostering a welcoming, inclusive and supportive volunteer experience.
Coordinate Volunteer Program Interns, providing day-to-day guidance and support.
Attend Adelaide Fringe-managed events that require volunteer support, providing on-the-day briefings, coordinating volunteer activities and ensuring volunteers are well supported to deliver a positive festival experience.
Liaise with venues, artists, contractors and other stakeholders to coordinate volunteer placements where required.
Coordinate volunteer communications, ensuring volunteers receive timely and accurate information throughout the festival lifecycle.
Coordinate the planning and delivery of key volunteer initiatives, including Volunteer Induction and the End of Season Celebration.




Support the implementation of Adelaide Fringe's diversity, inclusion and accessibility initiatives within the Volunteer Program.

Administration & Operations
Maintain accurate volunteer records, role descriptions and resources within the volunteer management system.
Prepare volunteer rosters and coordinate shift allocations to support festival operations.
Administer volunteer perks and recognition initiatives.
Monitor volunteer attendance and respond to operational changes throughout the festival.
Assist with reporting, program evaluation and the continuous improvement of volunteer processes and systems.
Ensure all volunteer activities are delivered in accordance with Adelaide Fringe policies, procedures and Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
