Job Title: CRM Coordinator
Location: South Melbourne

We are looking for a CRM Coordinator to support the delivery of CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer looking to develop their CRM, automation, and customer engagement expertise within a rapid-paced eCommerce environment.

Responsibilities
Support CRM campaigns, audience segmentation, and customer journeys.
Build and maintain marketing automations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights.
Support loyalty and membership programmes through reporting and analysis.
Manage email deliverability and recommend optimisation strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns effectively.

Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Communications,



Analytics, or a related field.
Experience or exposure to CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data.
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and AI tools is highly desirable.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
