Essential Criteria
Minimum 6 months experience working in the role of Personal Care Assistant or similar
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or a higher related qualification
A genuine passion for providing person centred care
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
A commitment to treating every resident with trust, dignity and respect
