About the role

We are seeking a casual Wholesale Bread Sales & Client Care Assistant to support our wholesale operations, nurture relationships with existing customers, and help onboard new clients. This role combines customer service with on-the-road client care, ensuring our partner cafés, restaurants, and stockists receive the best possible service from day one.

Key responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for existing wholesale clients
Manage daily and weekly orders with accuracy and efficiency
Visit clients regularly to maintain robust relationships and ensure satisfaction
Liaise with production and delivery teams to guarantee smooth supply
Share product updates
Resolve client issues quickly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and feedback
Onboard current wholesale clients – set up accounts, explain ordering processes, introduce product range, and ensure smooth transition
Prepare & submit weekly sales and client activity reports to management
Track client satisfaction





About you
Experience in wholesale sales, account management, or hospitality (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with attention to detail and reporting
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Interest in artisan bread and food culture
Valid driver's licence required
