The exciting prospect
Option to work permanent part-time or full-time role with a variety of shifts available
Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents of our 61-bed Grafton aged care facility
Formulate, review and update care plans aligned to residents needs and wishes
Conduct and analyse assessments to determine care needs
Complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes that reflect residents’ care
Provide supervision and direction to Personal Care Workers
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care

What you’ll need to succeed
Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration
Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in residential aged care in Australia
Motivated, personable, reliable, transparent and with a sense of ownership
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
Current working rights in Australia are essential
