Job Description

We're looking for a proactive Senior Drafter to join our Brisbane team. Reporting into the Lead Drafter and working alongside Designers and Engineers, this role is well suited to someone looking to maximise their technical capability within a cooperative, skilled workplace. The primary purpose of this role is to provide effective and efficient drafting services and assist in the production of schematic drawings, primarily for urban development projects, locally and nationally.

Key Responsibilities
Liaise closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Design teams to produce drawings delivered on time, on budget and to client specifications
Prepare and review drawings to ensure compliance with drafting standards and specifications




Present drawings to internal teams, clients and consultants, and prepare amendments as required
Provide technical drafting input and contribute to design on a variety of civil and urban development projects
Provide technical leadership and mentor drafting staff to ensure project capabilities are achieved in an effective and timely manner.
Coordinate drafters to assist with work projects and oversee drawings to ensure work is being carried out effectively.
Support project documentation and undertake administrative tasks related to drawing production
