We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Nursery Assistant to join our team.
Position Details:
38 hours per week (versatile for the right person)
Monday - Friday.
7:00am to 2:30pm approximately (versatile for the right person)
Requirements:
Cert 3 in Horticulture / Diploma in Horticulture
Current drivers license
White card
Solid work ethic and willingness to learn
Duties:
Weeding and leaf clearing
Carrying and handling pots
Potting up plants
Delivery of plants
Mixing growing media
Spraying (as required)
Formative pruning
Washing pots and maintaining workstations
PPE Requirements:
Long pants
Long sleeve shirt
Hat
Sunscreen
Steel cap boots (no shoes!)
Gloves
