This is a fantastic prospect for a dynamic Receptionist with solid organisation and communication skills to join our dedicated team!

Please note, you must be comfortable travelling to multiple locations

What you will do:
Act as brand ambassador and warmly greet patients as they enter the practice.
Manage a high volume of phone calls and emails, book and reschedule appointments, and effectively answer any patient queries
Utilise Word, Excel, and our patient management system to update records
Work closely with our Dental Assistants to provide a seamless patient experience.
Proactively assist with additional administrative tasks

What you will bring:
You are an experienced Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator




A Dental or Medical background is a bonus but not essential!
Able to commit to full-time hours, Mondays to Fridays
Comfortable travelling to multiple practice locations, including annual regional trips a few times a year
You're proactive, collaborative, and bring a can-do attitude to the team!
