Service Adviser – Maroochydore GWM & Renault

Maroochydore GWM & Renault is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Adviser to join our growing aftersales team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, administration, and working in a rapid-paced team workplace. Previous automotive experience is desirable, however training will be provided for the right candidate — you do not need to be technically minded to succeed in this role.

About the Role

As a Service Adviser, you will be the link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service from booking through to vehicle collection.

Your day-to-day duties will include:
Assisting customers with service bookings and enquiries
Preparing repair orders and maintaining accurate records
Keeping customers updated throughout the service process
Coordinating with technicians and workshop staff
Providing exceptional customer service at all times




General administration and follow-up tasks

About You

We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent communication and people skills
Is organised with strong attention to detail
Enjoys administration and customer interaction
Can work well in a busy team setting
Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Holds a current and valid driver licence (mandatory)
Previous dealership or automotive experience is desirable but not essential
