The Opportunity
You will be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of SME clients across a range of industries
• Providing high-level business advisory and tax advice
• Building trusted relationships with business owners
• Reviewing financial statements, tax returns and compliance work
• Identifying opportunities for tax planning and value-add services
• Working closely with Partners on client strategies
• Mentoring and developing junior accountants
• Supporting the growth and success of the wider team

About You
You will ideally have:





• 5+ years' experience within Australian public practice accounting
• Solid Business Services and Tax experience
• Experience managing client relationships and portfolios
• CA/CPA qualified or equivalent experience
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and commercial mindset
• Experience mentoring or leading junior team members
• Experience working directly with Partners and business owners
