Kinkora Investments is seeking an Asset Manager to join its team in a full time role, reporting to the Head of Asset Management. This is a hands-on, commercially focused opportunity to manage a portfolio of office and industrial real estate assets and play a key role in optimising financial, operational and strategic outcomes.

You will act as a key link between property management, investment and finance teams, providing regular insights and feedback to the business on asset performance, risks, opportunities and strategic priorities.

What you will be doing:
Manage asset performance against budgets, KPIs and annual business plans.
Own and optimise Net Operating Income across assigned properties.
Implement leasing strategies, rent reviews, tenant renewals and vacancy management.
Maintain solid tenant relationships and resolve escalated tenant matters.
Oversee CAPEX budgets, forecasts, cash flow and property improvement projects.
Work closely with property and facility managers to ensure solid reporting, compliance and operational performance.
Prepare monthly asset performance reports, insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Support valuations, new asset onboarding and asset sale processes where required.
