Range of staff perks and more! We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Scrub Scout Nurse to join our Perioperative team on a full-time basis. You will play a key role within a supportive team in ensuring high levels of patient care are provided.
As a Perioperative Registered Nurse - Scrub Scout your responsibilities will include: Undertake peri-operative nursing care in accordance with legislation Deliver evidence-based nursing care
Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team Ensure patient and staff safety Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and AINs to deliver patient care (RN only)
Proactively assess the operative nursing care provided to ensure the best possible outcome is achieved for the individual / patient Document into the patient's medical record objectively, clearly, concisely and timely using accepted abbreviations and terminology About the Company

You Relevant Post graduate qualification Experienced Scrub scout Nurse with a minimum of 3 years
Previous leadership experience Excellent customer service and communication skills Excellent time management
Ability to lead staff in a manner that is encouraging, positive and supportive Have initiative and keep abreast of developments relevant to the perioperative environment Benefits
