An organisation within the transport and distribution industry based in Melbourne.

Job Description
- Lead requirements gathering, process analysis and solution design across UKG Pro and Workday.
Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance and business stakeholders to define solution requirements.
Analyse and document complex time, attendance, payroll and pay-rule requirements.
Support configuration activities, integrations, testing, UAT and payroll parallel runs.
Translate enterprise agreements, awards and employment conditions into system requirements.
Identify process gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with implementation partners and technical teams to deliver successful outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Business Analyst - Payroll Implementation should have:




Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on UKG Pro and/or Workday implementations.
Robust expertise in Time & Attendance and Payroll solutions.
Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and pay rules.
Robust knowledge of Australian Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements and industrial conditions.
Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, testing and implementation.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience working on complex, enterprise-scale transformation programs.

What's on Offer
Daily rate between $850 and $950 AUD.
