Job Description
We are seeking energetic leaders to join the team at KG Sports Bar as Bar Supervisor.
This is a role focused on delivering big game day experiences – every day. Ensuring the team deliver a high standard of service across the venue. Your background in a similar role will allow you to excel & enjoy every shift to create a venue that thrives.
What is the role all about -
Build, lead and develop the team
Supervise the operations of KG Sports Bar & ensure that the service is in line with outlined standards
Closely monitor & maintain productivity across the venue
Coordinate the team and daily operations to ensure service standards are consistently achieved.
Work collaboratively to ensure seasonal & focused activations are executed to ensure revenue expectations are achieved.
Build a working workplace that is fun, purpose driven, skilled & productive.
HIGA Award rates are applicable.
