We manage paid media for a strong client base spanning ASX-listed companies, government, education, resources, logistics and retail sector. The budgets are significant and the accountability is real.We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to own campaign delivery across a diverse portfolio. You'll be hands-on in the platforms daily, close to the performance data, and trusted to make decisions on where budget is best spent.
What you'll doPlan, build, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and potentially Google (if experienced)Manage client budgets and pacing, and make confident calls on allocationTurn performance data into clear, well-reasoned recommendationsShape creative strategy for paid and organic content and write ad copy that convertsKeep clients and internal teams informed with timely, clear communicationManage multiple accounts and deadlines without dropping the ball




What you'll bringMinimum 3 years' paid media experience (agency background preferred)A self-starter who takes ownership of outcomesStrong written and verbal communicationGenuine comfort with data and the ability to draw insight from itSolid budget managementPlatform expertise in Meta Ads Manager and GA4 (Google Ads a strong advantage)Creative thinking and confident copywritingSharp problem-solving and robust time and project managementWe're after a strategist and operator who lives in the platforms and drives results.
