Experienced Slasher/Tractor Operator

About the Role

Green by Nature is looking for an Experienced Slasher/Tractor Operator to join our growing Southeast QLD operations.

As a Slasher Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing green spaces across our various council-controlled roadsides and open spaces across Southeast QLD.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.

What You'll Be Doing
Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
Complete service requests as required
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in slashing
Valid Manual HR Drivers Licence
White Card
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually
Be punctual and reliable
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months
Solid work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
