Casual Section Waiter / Bartender – Summer St Wine Room

We’re looking for casual and part-time Section Waiters & Bartenders to join our team at Summer St Wine Room.

We’re after people who are energetic, switched-on and genuinely love hospitality, wine, food and creating excellent experiences for guests.

What you’ll be doing:
Providing warm, knowledgeable and effective table and bar service
Taking orders and confidently communicating our food, wine and cocktail offerings
Maintaining high service and presentation standards
Working as part of a fun, supportive and fast-paced team
Keeping your section and bar clean, organised and ready for service

What we’re looking for:
Hospitality experience preferred,



but attitude is everything
Great communication and a positive, can-do attitude
An interest in food and wine
Ability to work well under pressure
Must be available to work both Friday and Saturday nights
RSA required
