Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort is excited to expand our Food & Beverage department and Housekeeping with multiple casual dual role opportunities now available.

This dual role combines responsibilities across both Food & Beverage service and Guest Room Cleaning. You will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing attentive service in our food and beverage areas, while also maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Food & Beverage Service
Taking Guest Orders: Accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences.




Menu Expertise and Recommendations Confidently recommending food and beverage options
Serving Food & Beverages: Providing professional and productive service, while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Engaging warmly with guests, promptly addressing their needs, and striving to exceed their expectations.

Guest Room Cleaning
Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine setting.
Complete daily cleaning tasks efficiently within the allocated hours.
Collaborate with team members to meet cleaning targets and operational goals.

Shift Details (subject to change):
Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
Shifts starting between 8:00 am and 9.00am

Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation):

Monday - Friday: $33.85 per hour

Saturday: $40.62 per hour

Sunday: $47.39 per hour
