We are a busy, well-established practice offering specialist orthopaedic care, a GP-led Fracture Clinic, and Physiotherapy — all under one roof. We're committed to exceptional patient care in a supportive, professional workplace.

We're looking for an experienced Medical Administrator to work as 2IC to our Practice Manager — helping oversee daily operations, supporting our practitioners, and keeping the admin side of the clinic running smoothly.

About the Role
Permanent Part Time (0.8 FTE)
Front desk coordination in a fast-paced specialist clinic
Appointment bookings and cancellation management across our orthopaedic, fracture clinic, and physiotherapy services
Patient records and database management
General admin (scanning, correspondence, e-faxing)
Handling phone and email enquiries
Surgical bookings & management
Billing across a mix of GP,



allied health, and specialist services — you'll need to pick up different billing rules quickly and switch between them with ease

About You
Experienced in medical reception (specialist practice preferred)
A quick learner who's comfortable multitasking across different services and billing types
Confident, professional phone manner
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Competent using Genie medical software
Tech savvy and comfortable working in a fully paperless setting
