Job Description

As a Hospital Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating daily and afterhours hospital operations, acting as a key point of contact between clinical and administrative teams. You will help ensure effective patient flow, support operational excellence, emergency management and contribute to the delivery of outstanding healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day hospital operations across inpatient units and our Emergency Department, to ensure access and patient flow is maintained.
Support the site with emergency management procedures
Liaise with VMO’s, nursing teams and other healthcare facilities.
Support quality, risk, and compliance initiatives.
Respond to operational issues and facilitate timely solutions with the support of the Epworth Richmond on call team after hours.
Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, and stakeholders.
