We are looking for an experienced Senior Fish & Chip Cook with café experience to join our busy, fast-paced team.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with our Café Manager to deliver exceptional food and help lead our kitchen team.

• Have proven experience in a busy fish & chip shop and/or café kitchen.

• Deliver consistently high-quality food with excellent presentation.

• Thrive in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Be able to work autonomously and confidently manage the kitchen when required.

• Have excellent multitasking and organisational skills.

• Work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality.





• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and lead by example.

• Train, mentor and support junior kitchen staff.

• Have outstanding customer service skills and understand the importance of delivering a excellent customer experience.

• Be reliable, motivated and take pride in their work.
